This food was absolutely amazing! The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like a real Sunday dinner at Grandma's house. Every bite was seasoned perfectly and made with love. Nothing tasted rushed or mass-produced. It tasted like genuine home cooking. The fried whiting was crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and seasoned just right. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the collard greens were full of flavor, and the candied yams were sweet, rich, and delicious. Together, everything on the plate felt like the kind of meal that brings back memories of family gatherings and Sunday afternoons. You can tell the people in the kitchen care about the food they're serving. It tasted homemade, comforting, and authentic from start to finish. This is a beautiful and welcoming spot we found on our way home. The service felt like coming home for dinner. I love that they had family style sides to share. T was amazing and friendly gave great recommendations. But LISTEN those GREENS were . Seriously the best I ever had nothing will ever compare I was eating them cold the next day. Lamb chops were amazing too! We live far away but we will be back.
We were just exploring the area and found this place for lunch. Loved it all! Food was so good, and the staff was super friendly! If we find ourselves back in this area again, we’ll be sure to visit!
Phenomenal. My mom and I went in to try and sample some food after hearing awesome news about the food there. It was outstanding they really know how to cook and deserve 10 stars. The yams were my favorite. We got the fish fried green beans and Mac and cheese this place has got it going on. Customer service was friendly and timely big ups to "T" and we look forward to our next visit and you should too.

Second time coming, we did dine-in for early lunch & the food was delicious! Atmosphere was clear and nicely decorated. Fresh sunflowers were on the tables. Our waiter was excellent, friendly and attentive. Wait time was not long and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered the turkey wings AGAIN :) which came with rice and I had a side of Mac. Turkey wings were flavorful and tender, rice was cooked to perfection (not gummy or the cheap brand), mac was old school (exactly how my mom made/makes it, plus you could taste and see the cheese :) . I even tried the mini cornbread muffin and chicken and rice, it was good as well. One of the owners (Tony) came to greet and check on our overall experience. I will be back again not just to support but because the food is good, and how I like it. My little one is picky but tore up my leftover turkey wing and rice lol :( . We will be back again soon & I will try another dish. Blessings!!
This was the place with the best food during my trip. I had the fried catfish, yams, collard greens, and corn bread. Everything was perfectly prepared and the service was fantastic. Im definitely coming back and would highly recommend!
